No shorthand typing.
Short hand typing is a no-no in roleplaying. Got it? We don't need any "I h8 u" posts, kay? It's not off limits in OOC, but we deffinetly prefer that you use proper english and grammar.
Spelling.
Okay, everyone spells things wrong here and there. But, please, TRY to do your best and spell things the best you can.
No dots and dashes.
There's no need for little -,+,*,< and so on in writing your posts. The only thing used is "" for speech.
Human speech and thoughts.
When human characters talk, it's in "quotations." When they are thinking something, it's in "quotations and italics."
Organoid speech and thoughts.
If you would like your organoid to speak, it's done in italics. No quotations needed. If your organoid is thinking, well, you can figure out how you would like to do that. You could write in in normal font, but it may be confusing. It may be best to simply write in italics, and state that they're thinking it.
Zoid speechs.
Yes, if you would like your zoid to speak, it's also done in italics. Same as organoids.
IC and OOC.
To clarify OOC notes from IC notes in an RP, write it in (parentheses). It's easier to distinguish what is you, and what is your characters this way.
Third-person point of view.
In GZ, it's best to be roleplaying in the third-person point of view. Basically, describing things as if you were standing there, watching it as it happened. Instead of something like "I reached over and patted the organoid on the muzzle, and I smirked slightly as he gave me a growl" it would be "he reached over and patted the organoid on the muzzle, smirking slightly as he gave a low growl."
